Dragutin mild Ajvar is producing 100% from ripe, healthy red peppers. Peppers are brought from fields directly to the production, where they are roasted manually on wood. Roasted pepper is carefully peeled, cleaned from stalks and seeds and left to drain naturally before it is taken into production. Drained pepper is ground and with other ingredients put into bronze pots, where it is fried by constant manual steering to make true Serbian ajvar.
